Digital Printing is the most effective print method for photo-realistic images or small orders when the design is made up of many colours.

-Each colour is printed separately through a screen/stencil

-Most cost-effective way to print large orders

-Long lasting prints

-The whole image is printed at once, directly onto the garment

-These prints are very soft to the touch

-Cost-effective way to print many colours at once, especially for small orders

-The whole image is printed at once onto a film. The image is then heat-pressed onto the garment

-More vibrant colours than DTG

-Cost-effective way to print many colours at once, especially for small orders.

How do I determine which print method is best for my order?

Don’t worry! Our print experts will determine the method that will be best suited for your image and that will be factored into your estimate!

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the differences between Screen Printing, DTG, and DTF?

What kind of inks are used for digital printing?
Digital printing uses water based inks, which are said to be more environmentally friendly than other types, however, in certain cases they can be less vibrant than what you can achieve with screen printing. This is something you should keep in mind when creating your design.
Why does the garment need to be pretreated for Direct to Garment Printing?
A pretreatment solution is an aquatic polymeric emulsion that fills in the spaces between the weaving of the fabric. When cured, it provides a smooth surface ideal for the inks to adhere to, resulting in a high-quality print. The right amount of pretreatment depends on the fabric’s type, its thickness and, of course, it’s intended use. There are a number of different pretreatment solutions available and those fall into two main categories: Pretreatment for dark-colored garments and pretreatment for light-colored garments.
How do you wash digitally printed textiles?
Recommended tips to help your prints last.

Turn the clothing item inside out. This will reduce rubbing and friction and protect the print from abrasion.

Wash in low temperatures or cold water.

Hang to dry preferably not in the sun since sun can affect the vibrancy of a print due to photodegradation.

To be clear, your prints should last a long time even without taking these steps, but they will certainly make the life of your prints that much longer!
Is there a minimum order?
We have two programs for digital printing. Our bulk printing service starts at a minimum of 10 pieces per design and the price per item is much lower. We also have a small order department for orders between 1 and 9 pieces per design. CLICK HERE to jump to the small order department!
Do you offer price breaks?
In our bulk printing program, we offer a price break at 25 pieces. Digital printing can be a slow process so there are fewer price breaks than in screen printing.
